Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
- Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment – we require at least two business days’ notice to reschedule or to cancel your appointment. We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments unless there are exceptional circumstances.
- Lateness or no-shows – your time is valuable and so is ours. It is in your best interests to ensure that you are on time for your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We will reschedule if this is possible but you may not receive the full 60 minutes with Evolve Migration Australia.
If you don’t attend your appointment or we cannot contact you during your appointment time, your consultation fee is forfeited and you will need to pay the fee again if you wish to reschedule.
